By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – For the 12th consecutive time, Milford Regional Medical Center has received an “A” from the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades for achievement in protecting patients from preventable harm and error while in the hospital. Leapfrog uses up to 22 evidence-based measures of patient safety relating to errors, injuries, accidents and infections to help determine hospitals’ safety grades. Officials say since 2018, Milford Regional has consistently received the top grade in Leapfrog’s twice-a-year analysis.
