Milford Regional Medical Center is hosting a free, monthly dementia support group for family members of loved ones afflicted with Frontotemporal Degeneration or FTD which is the most commonly diagnosed dementia in those under the age of 65. The condition initially impacts behavior or language and, like all dementias, it is neurodegenerative. The Association for FTD will lead the monthly meetings on Saturday morning. Space is limited so pre-registration is required through Milford Regional Medical Center.
