By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford officials have posted the property revaluations due every five years to the state Department of Revenue. While they are pending final certification by the DOR, they are subject to change until this Friday September 27. If you want to see what they’ve got down for your area, there’s a listing of all proposed residential property values on the Assessors page of the Milford town website. You can also see it at Town Hall, the Library, and the Senior Center. They say the numbers are based on Calendar 2023 sales.
