Police have arrested a man they say shoplifted thousands of dollars of merchandise from the Milford Lowe’s on Fortune Blvd on four different occasions. Working with Lowe’s Loss Prevention, Milford detectives were able to identify David Bottoms of Woonsocket, who they say on four trips to the store in January was able to shoplift a total of more than $2,800 in merchandise. Milford Police put out a warrant on him and Bottoms was arrested by Woonsocket Police Thursday and is set to be extradited to Milford.
