By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Milford police officer suspended in relation to a case from his time as a Hopkinton cop has been reinstated. On Friday the Peace Officer Standards and Training, or POST, Commission found in favor of Timothy Brennan and ruled he can get back to work in Milford. Brennan had been suspended while the Commission looked into whether he violated policy by not reporting what he knew about a sexual assault by another Hopkinton officer many years earlier when the victim confided in him but asked him not to report it. Milford Police Chief Robert Tusino testified on Brennan’s behalf to the Commission.
Is the tradition of trick or treating fading?
