An assault suspect who escaped custody while getting medical treatment has been captured in Milford. Milford Police say Isaac Rivera was captured Sunday afternoon after he slipped the custody of Marlborough police Saturday night while undergoing medical treatment at UMass Marlborough Hospital. Rivera’s original charges included Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Strangulation and Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm. Police did not say where he was caught or where he had been hiding all night and day.
