A Milford man who called 911 claiming he was being harassed has been arrested on drug charges. Milford Police say Jonathan Cabral called around 2:15am to say someone was pointing blue lasers into his car. When police responded they asked to see his ID. Officers say while he was getting his ID from the car, they allege they saw a plastic bag containing a tan-colored powder. Following an on-scene investigation, Cabral was arrested and charged with possession and trafficking of 18 grams or more.
