Hopedale Police have arrested a Milford man on OUI and negligent driving charges. A Hopedale detective monitoring traffic Saturday morning around 130am on Mendon Street alleged he saw a car traveling at a high rate of speed and illegally passing several vehicles. When he stopped the driver, he alleged he could smell alcohol and after doing some standard field sobriety tests arrested Rodrigo De Jesus on allegations of OUI, Negligent Operation, Speeding and more. De Jesus was arraigned on Monday.
