Effective today, Milford is at a Stage III Mandatory Water Conservation Level. In a notice on the Town website, the Milford Water Department says starting today, outside water use can only be done with a handheld hose, only between 7pm and 7am and only for one hour. This means you may not use any irrigation systems or sprinklers or just leave the hose running. The Water Department says a first violation is a warning but a second violation means terminating the water service to your home or business.
