By MyFM’s Marissa Santos – The Milford Cultural Council (MCC) reminds artists, art students, and creatives that the last day to submit designs for the Fitness CourtⓇ mural project in Milford Town Park is midnight on Friday, January 12. This public art project is being conducted in partnership with the Milford Parks Commission, the National Fitness Campaign (NFC), and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. The selected artist will work with NFC to adapt their art to fit the 32’ wide multipurpose training wall on the Fitness Court and will receive a grant of $5,000 after the Fitness Court is installed.
