MENDON – Town officials are taking steps to improve internet access and affordability for residents.

As part of the effort, Mendon is partnering with the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission to conduct a community survey. The goal is to better understand residents’ experiences with internet connectivity, access to devices, digital literacy, and other challenges that may create barriers in everyday life.

Officials say the feedback will help guide future planning and identify solutions to make internet service more accessible and equitable across the community.

The survey is completely anonymous, and participants will not be asked to take any additional steps after submitting their responses. You can find the survey link on the Mendon town website.
