MENDON – The Mendon Fire Department is introducing a new tool designed to strengthen emergency preparedness and improve communication between residents, businesses, and first responders.
Community Connect is a secure, easy-to-use platform that allows people to voluntarily share important information with emergency responders, helping ensure they have the right details at the right time during an emergency. Officials say participants control what information they choose to provide, and all data is kept secure, only being accessed by responders during an emergency at that specific property.
