MEDWAY – A major water main replacement project begins today in Medway, bringing significant traffic changes to Holliston Street.
Town officials say the project combines the replacement of the aging water main with road repaving, reducing the need for multiple road closures later.
During construction, Holliston Street will remain open only to local residents between Woodland Street and Redgate Drive. The section between Woodland Street and Fairway Lane will be completely closed to all traffic.
Drivers are encouraged to follow the posted detour using Lovering Street and Hill Street while work is underway.
