The Medway Historical Society is thanking Town Meeting voters for saying yes to using Community Preservation funds for repairs for the historic Jacob Ide House. Voters approved the $1.25 million allocation which the Historical Society says will support required upgrades and structural work. The Franklin Observer reports the money will allow the museum to reopen in the future and restart engaging in historic discussions and presentations from the past history of Medway. The Medway Historical Society reminds you they have an educational space for those who would like to do research.
