Medway will have three zoning issues to consider on the Town Meeting warrant on May 12. The Town says the Planning & Economic Development Board proposed the three zoning amendments that appear as Articles 26-28. One would require Accessory Dwelling Units to be allowed by right in all single-family zoning districts and not be required to be occupied by family. One would amend the zoning bylaw to stay in compliance with FEMA to keep residents eligible for flood insurance.
