A Town Hall meeting on November 12th will discuss whether the city of Medway should borrow $7.9 million to design a joint police, fire station and town hall. The Daily News said the proposal would also allow the Select Board to apply for local, state, and federal grants to be applied to the project. If the Town Meeting approves money for the design, he said the design phase would take 18 to 24 months.
