MEDWAY – If you’ve ever wondered how active your state representative is on Beacon Hill, one local lawmaker is drawing attention for a standout record. The Franklin Observer reports that Medway’s Precinct 1 State Representative Michael Soter participated in all 116 roll call votes recorded in the Massachusetts House of Representatives between February and November.
Soter, a Republican from Bellingham, compiled a 100% voting attendance record for 2025. That figure is well above the reported House average attendance rate of 95%.
