Medway Schools are getting $12,500 from the state to adopt the My Career and Academic Plan programs. MyCAP is a student-centered planning tool with the goal of providing middle and high school students with help on planning to achieve success in academics as they work toward getting into college and ultimately finding a career. The Franklin Observer reports MyCAP, which starts in 6th grade and stays with the students through senior year, is designed toward students who are historically underrepresented in higher education, such as students of color and first-generation students.
