MEDWAY – Medway Town Hall is now home to a newly reprinted copy of the original Declaration of Independence as part of the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary celebration.
The commemorative document, printed on linen and cotton paper, is one of 351 copies being distributed to every city and town in Massachusetts through the state House of Representatives.
State Representatives Jeff Roy and Michael Soter presented the document to the town, where it will be placed on display at Town Hall as part of the Commonwealth’s America 250 observance.
