Medway High School’s Performing Arts Department has a real piano now, thanks to generous donors and some extra money from the Town. The Kawai GL20 grand piano, which replaces an old upright electric keyboard, was funded primarily through the Medway Friends of the Performing Arts’ annual campaign with a special campaign called 88 Keys for Kids. Officials say the campaign received more than $35,000 in contributions. The school plans to hold an official unveiling and donor recognition.
