Medway and Holliston are among the top safest towns in Massachusetts according to home security company Safewise. The Franklin Observer reports Northborough got the top as the safest of 154 studied towns in the 2025 State of Safety in America rankings from Safewise.com which is based on crime rates and other data from the FBI including violent crime and property crime. Medway came in sixth and Holliston seventh. Safewise says this was the third year in a row where Holliston has seen declines in property crime.
