The MBTA is adding some trains to the Franklin Line. Commuter rail operator Keolis Commuter Services says the new schedule begins October 2 and for one thing will add a late train from Boston on weekdays and weekends to accommodate people with unconventional work schedules or those attending late-night events. But they are also adding trains to the morning and evening peak periods on several lines including the Franklin, reducing the one-hour interval between trains to every 30 to 45 minutes.
