A man from Marlborough arrested last week on allegations of raping his own teenage daughter has been ordered to be held without bail. As we reported last week the man is facing charges for the incident police say happened at a migrant shelter last May and resulted in the girl getting pregnant. At the time the girl was removed from his custody and he was sent to a different shelter while police started an investigation. The DA’s office has not said why the investigation took so long. On Friday a judge ruled he is a danger to the public and ordered him held for at least 120 days.
