Southborough police have reportedly arrested a man from Marlborough for trafficking methadone as well as OUI after he was stopped for allegedly having an expired registration. Police allege there was a strong odor of alcohol when they pulled over Sebastian Joubert on Sunday morning. They claim a search of his car turned up more than 600 methadone pills as well as 88 grams of marijuana, and some drug sales paraphernalia. Police also alleged they found someone else’s debit card in the car.
