By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – It’s three years in prison plus five years’ probation for a man accused of being part of a catalytic converter theft ring that spanned New England but started getting caught with an arrest in Franklin last year. The Franklin Observer reports Nicolas Davila was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty following his April 2023 arrest along with six others for the theft, transportation, and sale of stolen catalytic converters in 2022 and 2023.
