By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Lightning is being blamed for a house fire in Franklin Wednesday night. News 5 reports the strike and ensuing fire did significant damage to the rear siding of the home on Partridge Street. Franklin firefighters were able to keep it from doing further damage and spreading to any other homes. There are no reports of anyone being hurt.
