A federal judge has said no for now to an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement request to move an 18-year-old from Milford to a detention facility in Rhode Island. Marcelo Gomes Da Silva was detained by ICE agents Saturday after they stopped his car looking for his father but said since he, too, was in the country illegally, he could also be detained. He is being held in Burlington but ICE told the judge it is too crowded there.  Wednesday the judge ruled he could not be moved out of Massachusetts. Today the teen has a hearing at an immigration court. ICE officials say the father, Joao Paulo Gomes Pereira, is wanted for a long list of traffic violations such as excessive speeding.
