By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – You can help keep the DelCarte Conservation Area free from invasive plants by joining the Friends of Franklin Conservation stewardship group on Saturday, August 17. They will be working in the turtle nesting habitat and biodiversity areas from 8am to Noon that day. You can come for all of it or just a little of it. Bring your own gloves and water. They say service hours will be validated for students and scouts. For more information contact the Friends of Franklin Conservation which you can do through the town website.
