By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Indictments have been handed down for the driver in a crash that killed a Waltham police officer and a National Grid utility worker in December. Peter Simon of Woodsville New Hampshire faces two counts of second-degree murder and several other charges after police allege he slammed into a work detail, killing the two men, then pulled a knife on a police officer and stole a police cruiser. Boston 25 reports in a 2009 case Simon was found not guilty due to insanity in a misconduct case and sentenced to a psychiatric unit.
