By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Hopkinton biotech company has reportedly merged with a California biotech. The Worcester Business Journal reports a few weeks ago Isto Biologics completed a merger with Advanced Biologics to form a new company called Biologica Technologies. The two companies have worked together for a few years on different projects including methods of bone grafting to heal broken bones as well as grafting other types of tissue. Last year Isto acquired a California company but say this new move is a true merger.
