By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – It’s a big step forward for Hopkinton’s Charleswood Elementary School. Last week the Elementary School Building Committee endorsed sending an Environmental Impact Report to the Massachusetts Environmental Protection Agency. The Hopkinton Independent reports once that’s approved the town can start getting reimbursed from the Massachusetts School Building Authority for what has been spent so far in putting the school together. Officials hope to have a construction contract in place by May 2025.
