HOPKINTON – A Hopkinton woman is facing charges after her dog reportedly died inside her hot car while she was inside a casino in Rhode Island. It happened Friday at Bally’s Twin River Lincoln. Young Ju Seo is charged with malicious killing of an animal and animal confinement in a motor vehicle after police said they were called to the scene when someone spotted heavy condensation on the car windows. Police say the temperature was 80 degrees outside but more than 110 inside the car.
