HOPKINTON — The Hopkinton Trails Club will lead a guided trail walk next Sunday, March 15 at Hopkinton State Park.
Participants will explore the Duck Pond trail network located on the opposite side of Route 85 from the park’s main entrance. The walk will begin near the Department of Conservation and Recreation ranger station by the Smokey the Bear sign.
Organizers say the trail passes through scenic woods and highlights local history including a pipeline from Lake Whitehall and former stone quarrying sites. More information is available at https://www.hopkintontrailsclub.com.
