Hopkinton residents will get a chance to weigh in on whether Hiller’s Pizza should lose its license to serve food. On Tuesday the Select Board voted to hold a public hearing over whether Hiller’s should have their common victualer’s license suspended or possibly revoked following the conviction of owner Petros “Peter” Sismanis for indecent assault and witness intimidation in connection with a then-16-year-old employee of the restaurant. The Hopkinton Independent reports Sismanis has transferred ownership of the business to his wife’s name but the license is still in his name.
