By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton will have a Special Town Meeting November 18 specifically focusing on the MBTA Communities zoning bylaw and not on any budget issues. As for the MBTA, earlier this week the Zoning Advisory Committee came up with three recommendations for the Planning Board to comply with the law.
