By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Safer water is the focus of a potential new advisory council for Hopkinton. At their meeting Wednesday the Select Board talked about creating a clean water/PFAS remediation advisory council to address concerns about the town’s water. The Hopkinton Independent reports the Select Board will discuss with other departments how such a council would operate. Meanwhile Hopkinton is already working on a PFAS filtration system for the wells and connecting to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
