Hopkinton Seeks Community Input on ‘Persons at Risk’ Form for Improved Emergency Response

SHARE NOW

The Hopkinton Commission on Disability, along with the Hopkinton Police Department, wants feedback on their “Person at Risk” form. This form helps first responders identify special considerations for people with mobility issues, cognitive issues, neurodiversity, mental health diagnoses, or any other factors that can keep them safe if they have to interact with emergency responders. The Commission is doing the survey to determine what questions should be added to or changed on the “Persons at Risk” form in order to make it more useful for a wider variety of people. You can find it on the town website.
