HOPKINTON – The Hopkinton School Committee is exploring ways to install more energy-efficient heating and cooling systems at both the high school and middle school.
According to the Hopkinton Independent, the Committee is reviewing options as part of its long-range capital plan. Officials say the high school’s cooling system is failing, and they hope to have a solution in place within five years.
As they evaluate different approaches, the Committee is considering both the cost ranges and how intensive the work would be.
