By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton’s water supply continues to be a concern for town officials as they work toward setting up a connection to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. In her weekly update, Hopkinton Town Manager Elaine Lazarus says ensuring a consistent water supply is a top priority. Hopkinton has already earmarked $25 million toward the project but the next step includes negotiating an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Southborough to share the connection. At some point they will have Public Workshops.
