OUI and several other charges are pending against a man arrested by Hopkinton Police Sunday morning. The Department says around 4am Sunday officers came upon a car stopped with lights on but the driver passed out behind the wheel on West Main near I-495. They say when the guy woke up, he drove away, nearly hitting one of the officers and slamming into the guardrail before continuing down West Main until he stopped at Gasset Road. They have not released his name but he is so far charged with OUI, speeding, negligent operation, resisting arrest and more. No one was hurt.
