The Hopkinton Planning Board has delayed a decision on expanding a busy parking lot at West Main and Lumber Street, home to UniBank and Starbucks. The proposal adds four spaces, but officials want feedback from the Conservation Commission and DPW due to concerns about stormwater runoff. A waiver for electric vehicle chargers is also being considered. The board will revisit the issue on July 7. Meanwhile, the board approved plans for a new Baypath Humane Society shelter and HVAC upgrades at Revvity Health Sciences.
