By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton’s Town Manager and other officials are apologizing after the name of a woman who is alleged to have been sexually assaulted by a former police officer when she was a high school student was accidentally revealed in public documents. Officials say they neglected to redact the woman’s name when publishing the documents that were part of a public hearing on the fate of a different officer who officials say knew about the alleged assaults and didn’t report them. The documents have been recalled.
