ASHLAND – A Hopkinton man remains behind bars following a violent fight in Ashland earlier this month that left another man with serious injuries.
Jadaius Figueroa is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and additional offenses stemming from a January 9 incident in a shopping center parking lot. The alleged victim suffered a serious head injury. According to the Hopkinton Independent, police are still investigating what led up to the confrontation, which was captured on surveillance video.
Figueroa is currently being held on $25,000 cash bail and is scheduled to have a court hearing on February 5.
