It’s time once again for Hopkinton’s cyclical property inspections. Town officials say the Department of Revenue requires that every community inspect every property in town at least once every ten years and this is Hopkinton’s year. The inspections will start in the next couple of weeks and take a few months. The person doing them is named Rick Ladd and he will be driving a 2020 White Nissan Murano. The Town can give you his plate number if you want it. He will have to come in the house for photos as well as take them outside.
