By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton Historical Commission is holding a Ribbon Cutting Thursday afternoon to dedicate the new trail over the Sudbury River, across the old stone bridge, at Aikens Park. The Park was deeded to the Town by the Aikens Family and sits on the site of the Cordaville Mills. The bridge is the largest of three dry laid stone bridges that were part of the Mills development in the 1800’s, one of fewer than 50 remaining in the eastern US.
