Hopkinton Couple Accused of Misusing COVID Relief Funds

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – We’re learning more about a Hopkinton couple arrested last week on federal fraud charges. As we reported last week, the US Attorney’s Office says Ronaldo and Adriana Solano of H&R Roofing & Construction face multiple counts including allegedly using COVID-19 business relief money toward a house. The Hopkinton Independent reports they requested $2 million for business expenses and then allegedly transferred $1 million of it to a personal bank account and used $825,000 for a down payment on a home.
