The US Attorney’s Office says Ronaldo and Adriana Solano, who own H&R Roofing & Construction and H&R Roofing & Siding are charged with multiple counts of conspiracy for allegedly dodging more than $627,000 in workers’ comp premiums by underreporting their payroll and paying workers through a shell company. They also reportedly used COVID-19 employee assistance money to help buy a house.
