By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton Select Board has approved the warrant for the November 18 Special Town Meeting. There are eight articles on the warrant including a zoning bylaw to comply with the state MBTA Communities law to have a plan in place for potential future affordable housing. However, as the Hopkinton Independent reports, that actual plan is not yet set in stone even though the warrant is published. The Hopkinton Planning Board will choose one or maybe two of four possible plans when they meet November 4.
