There’s been a temporary reprieve in the U.S. Department of Labor’s closure of the Job Corps center in Grafton. Job Corps offers vocational training to help give those who have not finished high school a chance to learn a skill to enter the workforce such as construction, nursing or plumbing. Last month the DOL announced the closure of nearly 100 contractor-operated Job Corps sites around the country, but last week a judge granted a temporary restraining order with attorneys set to argue it on June 17.
