HOPEDALE – The Town of Hopedale is making another attempt to sell its historic Town Hall building after an initial effort to find a buyer was unsuccessful.
Residents voted last spring to put the property up for sale rather than invest millions of dollars into renovations. Since then, town offices have moved into a condo suite that provides full ADA accessibility for the first time.
According to the Daily News, officials say this new effort will include asking potential buyers what kinds of tax incentives might make them more likely to invest in the property.
